Bellevue Personal Training - Where to Find It

personal training bellevue wa
Bellevue personal trainers are really hard to find. I don't know very many GOOD ones. I mean, sure you can just look up "personal trainers in bellevue" on the search engines and get some sort of a list. However, none of these personal trainers seem to hold enough credentials that would entice me to hire them. They don't tell you any up-front costs on their website and they don't give you before and after photos. AAaaargh! I know a couple people out there are really looking to see how to get in shape. That is the intent of this post.

First off, a couple of friends and I are doing a FREE workout from bodybuilding.com. There's a ton of useful information on there. There are literally THOUSANDS of articles and workout programs that you can get at no cost. However, most of us need some sort of an extra push and motivation to actually DO the exercises on that website and follow the programs outlined. That's where a personal trainer comes in.

To find some really great Bellevue personal trainers, you have to go to FitnessTrainingGym.com's Seattle personal training page. There's a step-by-step walk through process that can identify your needs and the best trainers for you. On top of that, the webmaster is putting up before and after photos to see what people are getting themselves into. Another great resource is BodyBuilding.com.

Instead of worrying why I look so jacked all the time, just go and find yourself a personal trainer. Best.

Blitz Inc Reviews the Effect of Attitude on Destiny

At Blitz Inc, our team firmly believes that attitude is everything. Management at Blitz Inc reviews quite frequently with team members that you become what you think about this most. This is not an original or unique idea. Many have said it before. It's no secret. Successful people have figured this out. Unsuccessful people think its 'cheezy' and feel that they are 'realists.' Boy are they mistaken.

Your attitude dictates how hard you work, your goals in life, how you treat other people, etc. Attitude affects more than just you as well. It affects everyone around you. It affects your coworkers’ attitudes, how people treat you, and determines if people want to actually be around you at all. However, it dictates something more important than all of these things. It determines your destiny.

That’s right.

If you have a bad attitude, you will be ‘unlucky’ in most things that you do.

If you have a great attitude, you will find yourself very ‘lucky’ indeed.

Below is one of Blitz Inc's favorite Mahatma Gandhi quotes. Try to comprehend its meaning in its entirety.

Mahatma Gandhi on Attitude:

blitz inc reviews attitude destiny

"Keep your thoughts positive because your thoughts become your words.

Keep your words positive because your words become your behavior.

Keep your behavior positive because your behavior becomes your habits.

Keep your habits positive because your habits become your values.

Keep your values positive because your values become your destiny."

Blitz Inc Reviews the Future

The future of our company is bright. Management at Blitz Inc reviews a job applicant's candidacy based on five core things: work ethic, communication skills, professionalism, integrity, and ATTITUDE. In sales and marketing positions, soft skills are considered more important than a great resume. If someone has all five of these characteristics, he or she will be a great fit...as long as they have big goals.

The staff of Blitz Inc are all motivated and ambitious individuals with great attitudes. Since our attitudes determine our destiny, our future looks very bright.

Again, we become what we think about the most. Consider yourself fortunate to have come across this information. It's not new. It's not original. However, very few people understand it. Just listen to what Earl Nightingale had to say about it way back in the fifties.

The Strangest Secret - Earl Nightingale

Do an attitude check.

Are you thinking like a successful person?

If not, read a self-help book or something. Get around positive people. Do whatever it takes to adopt a positive outlook on life and you'll reap the benefits. According to Mr. Nightingale, you will reap what you sew.

Throughout the course of the year, management at Blitz Inc reviews topics relating to business, management, sales, and entrepreneurship. Follow our blog for the latest updates from Blitz Inc!

Blitz Inc Reviews 4 Mental Errors That Kill a Sale

Management at Blitz Inc reviews some common mental mistakes that apply to professionals in the sales and marketing industry. These common mental errors are often apparent in our personal lives as well. While training Blitz Inc employees in the psychology of consumer behavior, management at Blitz Inc reviews some of the basics of our own personal cognitive processes that hinder our actions.

Having trouble in sales? Is your attitude killing your income?

Blitz Inc Reviews Cognitive Errors in Sales and Marketing

Many people have heard of the fundamental attribution error. This is when you attribute a series of unrelated events to a given outcome. Within the fundamental attribution error are several facets. They are catastrophizing, minimization, thinking 'all or nothing', and labeling.

Blitz Inc Reviews Errors
Catastrophizing This is when people make things out to be worse than they are and only attribute negative and malicious intent behind a given outcome. Have you ever known anyone to make broad generalizations and thought it was the end of the world?

Blitz Inc Reviews the Take-away

In Sales: One lost sale is not the end of the world. If you go on a dry spell for a bit, go back to the basics. Chances are, you are just missing something seemingly trivial that will make all the difference.

Blitz Inc ReviewsMinimization – The opposite of the previous. This is when people minimize their accomplishments and solely focus on their ‘failures.’ I’ve also had friends like this in the past. Nothing is ever good enough. Today, I identify this whenever I attempt to give praise to an individual and they revert the attention back to what they DIDN’T achieve. Instead of saying, “Thanks,” they focus on their shortcomings.

Blitz Inc Reviews the Sales Application

In Sales: It is important to celebrate your victories – big or small. Just land a new account and have a big commission check coming? Get excited and plan to buy yourself a little something special. Reward yourself for your accomplishments.

Blitz Inc Reviews Bellevue All or Nothing – This is when someone doesn’t believe in shades of gray. This person believes that there is only black and white. In many cases, this can be true. At Blitz Inc, we have a late policy that is black and white. There are some things that can’t be taken lightly. However, in a world filled with billions of opinions, universal truths are hard to come by.

Not everything is precise. There is room for error. People make mistakes. People with an all or nothing outlook tend to look at themselves as either FAILURES or SUCCESSES based on one or two past events. This leads to further problems down the road, obviously.

Blitz Inc Reviews the Application in Sales and Marketing

In Sales: You don’t have to be THE best to get great results, have a fulfilling career, or lead a great life. There is always someone out there who will be better than you. That’s ok. Just get really good at what YOU do, get into the top 20% and continue towards your goals. In business, there is more than one winner.

Labeling – This can be intertwined with some of the above errors in thinking. Labeling one’s self as a failure or success, lucky or unlucky, attractive or ugly, can all have extremely negative consequences in one’s life. Just as you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover, you should not judge yourself based on yours.

Blitz Inc Reviews the Application in Marketing

In Sales: Do not attribute too much weight to any one given event. So someone told you that they weren’t interested in your service, big deal. It’s not like you haven’t heard that before. Why should this time be any different? You’ve heard about the two brothers Seemore and Sellmore, right? There is always another prospective buyer right around the corner. Go find them! Get a large enough sample size before jumping to conclusions.

Change Your Thinking, Change Your Life

A lot of times, people get so caught up in individual events and occurrences that may not even have any effect on their long-term results or advancement within their lives, professions, or relationships. Management at Blitz Inc reviews some of the mental challenges in sales and marketing with the employees of Blitz Inc on a frequent basis. This has been proven to drive results of the individual, the company, and Blitz Inc’s clients.

Changing your perception of events and occurrences is the key to your personal and professional growth.

Blitz Inc Job Training

For more information on some of the internal processes of the company, please visit our Blitz Inc Review post reviewing the most common advice given on the hit T.V. show 'Shark Tank.' If you are looking to review more information regarding our Blitz Inc job review, read on!...

Blitz Inc Job ReviewThe training process of Blitz Inc (Bellevue, WA) is similar to the Karate Kid movie. In that movie, "Daniel-san" asks an older gentleman to teach him karate. The older gentleman, "Mr. Miagi" agrees and puts Daniel to work. Daniel finds himself waxing cars (wax on - wax off), sanding floors, and painting Mr. Miagi's fence. Daniel is utterly exhausted and blows up at Mr. Miagi in an interesting display of contempt. Daniel thinks that Mr. Miagi is just having him do all of the chores in the meantime and will teach him karate later. It turns out that Daniel was learning karate the entire time. He was learning through muscle memory. The motions associated with sanding the floor, painting the fence, and waxing the cars were all the basic defense movements of the discipline.

However familiar the movie is to you, you must realize that any entry level position is going to be fairly similar. You will learn the steps required to succeed in later positions by doing the basic movements over and over again. Although we aren't sanding floors or painting fences here at Blitz Inc, we are working hard and communicating with people every single day. Blitz Inc jobs require a lot of hard work and commitment. People who are willing to put in the effort get rewarded with co-ownership rights, profit-sharing, and executive decision-making responsibilities.

As an entry level employee of Blitz Inc, a person develops interpersonal communication, self-discipline, a general knowledge of marketing theory, selling skills, customer service, and customer retention. All of these skills are arguably the most important to any business function.

Blitz Inc Job Requirements

Blitz Inc jobs all begin at the entry level and involve intense and comprehensive training in all areas of sales, marketing, and management. Blitz Inc Reviews How to Raise Funds for a Cause

Wondering how to raise funds for a cause? Let the employees at Blitz Inc review with you the positives of taking on this venture…and some of the potential negatives as well. Blitz Inc reviews several philanthropic opportunities throughout the course of the year. The company’s current charity of choice: Operation Smile.

Blitz Inc Reviews the Challenge of Charity

Blitz Inc Reviews
To raise funds, spread awareness, solve a problem, cure a disease, etc. requires a large amount of time, resources, creativity, networking, and action. You don’t have to be the leader of an organization to make a difference. There are several resources available to help you, but the challenges remain. It’s all on you to grab these resources and get something done. If you don’t, who will? If you feel strongly toward a few different areas, you must first narrow down which one you wish to become a part of making a difference. In this post, a manager at Blitz Inc reviews how to raise funds for a cause.

►Back to Blitz Inc main blog.

The Blitz Inc Guide to Successful Charity Work

There are several noble causes out there in which a company or individual can get involved. How do you know which one to pick? Which one is the ‘noble-ist’ of causes? Everyone will tell you something different, so it doesn’t really matter. Some of the most successful charitable contributions are driven by the passion of the individuals involved. Is feeding the homeless more important than helping raise funds to spread autism awareness? It all depends on YOUR perspective. One cause is not necessarily more important than another. It truly is what is most important to YOU. Your passion alone will drive the results, so…

•    Pick something YOU are passionate about.

After you have decided what charitable cause you wish to help, identify your intent. Will this be an on-going mission? Will this be a one-time thing? How much time do you have to commit to the cause? Is your goal to raise funds, spread awareness, or both? Come up with some really creative ways to accomplish your goal. As employees at Blitz Inc review all of the options, it becomes pretty clear on what the company hopes to accomplish. In the company’s current philanthropic venture, Operation Smile, the primary goal is to raise funds.

•    Decide your intent.

After you or your group has decided what you really want to accomplish, come up with some tangible ways to accomplish that goal. Take into consideration everyone’s time constraints, abilities, networks, and resources. Then, brainstorm some ideas. Just shoot them out there and write them down. After ideas have been brought up, clarify each one to solidify the concepts so that everyone is on the same page with each idea’s potential to accomplish your goal. When choosing to work with any charity, employees at Blitz Inc review all possible approaches to accomplishing the goal. Then, everyone votes on one specific action. Currently, Blitz Inc will be selling wristbands to the public and all proceeds will go to Operation Smile. You could possibly do a few different events or activities, depending on the size of your group and how much time people have to commit.

•    Brainstorm and agree upon an action plan.

After you and your group have decided on a specific cause, your intent, and action items to raising funds for your charity, it’s time to delegate and carry out your plan. Make a list of important tasks with deadlines for each. This list may contain items relating to promotional materials, contacting the parties involved, getting sponsors, signing a petition, hours that need filled at the event, people in charge of certain tasks, etc.

•    Develop a timeline of action items and delegate responsibility.

Carry out your plan and help your charity! Too many people worry about how to raise funds for a cause. So much to the extent that they never get going and take action! Don’t let this be you. Just pick something you are passionate about, get some help, come up with a plan, and execute.

Blitz Inc Reviews the Rewards

Giving back to the community, raising awareness, raising funds for a cause, and helping create actual change in the world can be a very taxing venture. However, it can be VERY rewarding. Not only can you directly influence and take part in something bigger than yourself, but this can also create long-lasting friendships and bonds between the parties involved. You can look back on something and say, “We did that. We helped.” That alone is a very powerful thing. It’s no wonder that the most successful people in the world commit much of their time to charity and philanthropic purposes. They don’t necessarily do it for publicity. They do it because they have always done it. They do it because that’s who they are.

Blitz Inc testimonials from employees always hold philanthropy and charity work in high regard. In some cases, this above all else is actually more important than career advancement. Hard to believe? I hope not…or you will be fighting a losing battle trying to get involved in charity yourself.

How has raising funds for a cause helped a small sales and marketing firm grow? A manager at Blitz Inc comments: “There have been some recent developments here at the company that have really re-energized the team. It’s very exciting to see everyone rallying around what we are going to accomplish with Operation Smile. If there was any stagnation, it’s minimized. If there were employees bored with their job (I hope that’s not the case), they have gotten re-focused. Getting involved in something greater than ourselves is a very rewarding feeling and ultimately might be the secret to the continued success of Blitz Inc in Bellevue, WA.”

No one ever got to the top alone. A successful person has always helped other people get closer to their true potential. Helping people is how you ultimately help yourself. Together, it’s a win-win-win.

Blitz Inc Bellevue Reviews Security v Freedom

The Blitz Inc Bellevue Review of 'Security' v 'Freedom' and its implications: Any time legislation passes, there will always be a group of people that agree with it (or it wouldn't have passed) because it affects them positively. There will also always be a group that disagrees with it because it affects them negatively. In this post, I'm not supporting nor am I arguing with Obamacare. I'm just shedding some light on the larger implications. This post is not about healthcare, but the larger implications brought to light from the passing of this legislation. Blitz Inc Bellevue reviews: security v freedom...

Blitz Inc Bellevue Review of Security v Freedom

Many people have heard of the term 'Obamacare,' but don't actually know what it refers to. The federal healthcare act signed by President Obama on March 23, 2010. The program was meant to get more of America insured, decrease healthcare costs, and provide a more equal opportunity for insurance. I'm just scratching the surface here, so feel free to refer to http://obamacarefacts.com/obamacare-facts.php

Although this is may seem like a wonderful idea, it is causing additional costs to businesses. The legislation allows employers to not provide insurance to their full-time workers, but they must pay a fee. What's a company to do? Three options remain for many companies.

Option 1: Layoff some of the staff to provide extra cash-flow to provide additional insurance for the remaining staff.

Option 2: Reduce the staff's hours so that they are no longer considered 'Full Time.' Then just hire more 'Part Time' workers.

Option 3: Raise prices.

Check out examiner.com to read about the companies that are already laying off employees and cutting hours here.

While these may seem to be viable options, there are larger implications. While many people get caught up in the formalities of this piece of legislation, the fact that the average American citizen is more interested in security vs. freedom can't be overlooked. At Blitz Inc we reviewed the differences in the two terms and what they mean to people this morning and I will share our opinions with you.

Blitz Inc Bellevue Reviews Security

BlitzIncBellevueReviewsRichDad
With the economy in its current state, its no wonder that so many people are looking for the government or their employers to 'take care' of them. We have grown up with the philosophy that getting a good job with a good company is the way to go.

We have been told to save our money, invest, diversify our investments, and prepare for retirement around the age of 60. We have been so inundated with these ideals that many people are scared to go against the grain. Many of us crave 'security' and actually want to be taken care of.

I don't know about you, but I never wanted to be 'taken care' of. During my childhood, I was never one to take a sick day at school. I never just stayed home because I wasn't feeling well. There are several occasions in which I would bandage my own cuts and scrapes after playing outside with the neighborhood kids, not looking to Mom to help me out. I learned how to do my own laundry, cook my own food, and clean up after myself at a younger age than most. This taught me self reliance and resourcefulness. Although my parents were always very supportive and provided for me very well, my mother would frequently say, "I'm not always going to be there to do your laundry, Tom."

If we are reliant on other people, governments, establishments, or systems to 'take care' of us, how can we ever become self-reliant. Its up to us as individuals to say enough is enough and take responsibility to develop our skills so that no matter what other people, governments, establishments, or systems are doing, we can rely on those skills that we have developed to take care of us. We have the ultimate responsibility to take care of ourselves.

I'm all for charity, in fact I highly encourage it at Blitz Inc. Please visit the Blitz Inc Bellevue Reviews post on our current philanthropic venture, Operation Smile. I think that when people CAN'T help themselves, its our responsibility as a society to reach out. However, if someone is not helping themselves out of choice, the best we can do is teach them how to be more self-reliant. Self reliance brings FREEDOM.

Blitz Inc Bellevue Reviews Freedom

I know that no matter what the economy, government, obamacare, systems or institutions do now or in the future, I will never have to look for a job. I am reliant on myself to find a way to make my goals come to fruition without looking for security. At Blitz Inc, we review on a constant basis the skills required to create jobs, wealth, and freedom. Although these skills are neither easy or inherit, they can be learned and I love teaching them. Once a person knows how to market a product or service, that person becomes a huge value to the economy and themselves.

The most successful people in the world aren't looking for security. They have spent their careers developing their skills, mindset, and belief systems to not only provide for themselves, but to also provide for the families and future generations. This is not a reality for most people because they are looking for 'security.' Security and wealth come from looking to take risks.

Blitz Inc Bellevue Reviews Freedom v Security

Whether you are looking to just make a wage, earn a living, or aquire wealth, be aware that the search for security is just an illusion. I interview many people, many of which are looking for security, that have been laid off from their 'secure' jobs. The only job that is secure is the one that you create for yourself. Nothing in life is guaranteed. Blitz Inc Bellevue reviews several entrepreneurial opportunities throughout an employee's career in which they can have total control over their future opportunities.

Teaching people to be self-reliant is the only way to ensure their freedom. We truly believe this at Blitz Inc in Bellevue, WA and will continue to open additional markets, expand into additional industries, and hire like-minded entrepreneurial people that bring value to our company. In return, not only will that person be in a position to make his/her own decisions and drive our company, but Blitz Inc will become one of the largest sales and marketing companies in the United States.

Blitz Inc Bellevue Reviews Current Charitable Works

Blitz Inc Bellevue reviews the importance of philanthropy and charitable works in reference to Maslow's hierarchy of needs. Blitz Inc Bellevue comments on their current charitable works with the worldwide organization, Operation Smile.

Blitz Inc Bellevue Reviews Current Global Issues

I'm really lucky to work with a group of such motivated individuals. I really am. Every time I come to work, I get motivated by my team's enthusiasm and dedication to their goals...not only within the company, but their ultimate goals....the things that each individual really wants to do with their life. An employee at Blitz Inc Bellevue reviews his or her goals on a weekly basis, but this one really got everyone's attention....assisting Operation Smile.

Blitz Inc Bellevue Reviews: OPERATION SMILE

We're all really excited to be partnering up with such a wonderful cause. Operation Smile is a worldwide organization with a presence in over 60 countries that provides surgeries and medical services to children with facial deformities. In many cases, these children are ostracized from their communities due to these challenges i.e. cleft lip, cleft palate and other facial deformities. Some of these deformities affect these children's health and can be life threatening. Some of these children can't eat, talk, or even drink fluids. Some won't even live past their first year due to disease of the internal organs, brought on by the deformity or even absence of their cleft palate.

While surgeries in the U.S. are more readily available, access to these treatments are nonexistent in third-world countries. Operation Smile is a non-profit organization that helps bring medical assistance and medication to those children who can't afford services otherwise. Surgeons and medical staff across the world are coming together to treat those less fortunate. With donations, university partnerships, corporate sponsorships and intensive training, Operation Smile was able to perform over 18,000 last year alone.

Blitz Inc and Operation Smile

For those who have reached a certain level success, there is always something else that those people wish to do with their time, wealth, network, and lives. Most people wait to get involved in a charitable cause until after they have become 'successful.' However, a person will never reach their full potential unless they share their talents with others. Blitz Inc Reviews Business Advice From 'Sharks'

Blitz Inc | Bellevue, WA Reviews Business Advice: Shark Style

Blitz Inc reviews the best advice from the 'sharks' on ABC's hit show "Shark Tank." To see if you have a GREAT business idea, you need to show revenue...you need sales. Regardless of the industry or your product...you need sales. If you want to know what national sales might look like, you have to start local. I like what Mark Cuban says when he's 'out'..."Get out there, knock down some doors and get some sales first!" While all industries may differ, know this...your next potential customer hasn't even heard of you yet. We at Blitz Inc understand this, not only in Bellevue / Seattle, but on a global scale as well. Blitz Inc reviews how to know if you have a GREAT business idea below...

Have you ever wondered what the best way to market your product or service would be? Furthermore, have you ever wondered how to generate some massive sales in your industry? And, just how GREAT of an idea is my business? The advice from ABC's Shark Tank and Blitz Inc comments may surprise you.

Why Blitz Inc Works

I truly believe that we are very lucky to have found our niche in the market. Blitz Inc Bellevue, WA focuses exactly on what some of the best business minds agree that a company needs...measurable results, SALES, and execution that outperforms other competitors. Go to the end of this post to see why I think that Blitz Inc in Bellevue, WA is the greatest opportunity in the Pacific Northwest.

Blitz Inc (Bellevue, WA) Reviews Advice From the 'Sharks'

Blitz Inc reviews the advice from Barbara Corcoran, Daymond John, Kevin Harrington,  and Robert Herjavec regarding getting a business rocking...and answering the question 'How do I know if I have a great business idea?'

Read the original article on ABC's website at "http://abc.go.com/shows/shark-tank/tips/ThemeGallery/777014"

According to Barbara Corcoran, your business has to be a new or cheaper way of solving a problem...OR if your business clearly 'answers a need in the marketplace,' you may just have a great business idea.

According to Daymond John, a great business idea is simply something that solves a problem or improves quality of life. A client manager at Blitz Inc reviews and comments on this idea: "Someone doesn't have to be an innovator or anything to make it big in today's economy, they can just focus on improving the quality of a person's life...making things easier for them, or more luxurious can make you millions. It's crazy, but true."

Kevin Harrington, adds to this common idea of adding value or solving a problem by stating that a great business idea should be 'unique enough that it's not something already readily available.'

To add to all of this, Robert Herjavec states that most great businesses are built on better execution of an existing idea.

If you are unfamiliar with the show, review this promo. It might just get you hooked!

My Take Away From All of This

The sharks say that in order to have a truly great business idea, you have to have something that offers a solution to a problem...and do it better than anyone else. I really believe that we here at Blitz Inc Bellevue, WA have this truly great opportunity at our doorstep. We provide a valuable service to our clients, representing them in a professional and in-person capacity to drive long term brand loyalty. I tend to get wrapped up in the day-to-day activities here at Blitz Inc, but I really believe that if we take a step back and look at what we've got here...it really is truly amazing.

Blitz Inc Announces New Opportunities!

After finding some successes in our first year of business here at Blitz Inc - Bellevue, WA, I'm happy to announce the additional opportunities within our company. If it weren't for the dedicated professionals that I get to work with on a daily basis, I don't imagine that we would be at this point in our careers or our business.

Blitz Inc in Bellevue, WA Announces Additional Opportunities!

Blitz Inc (Bellevue, WA) is in growth mode. I'm really thankful to all of our team members here at Blitz Inc. Everyone's individual contributions to the team's goal is paying off. We now have gained National attention from other potential clients wanting representation in the Bellevue / Seattle area. We didn't seek these clients out, we gained their attention. Through a commitment to quality of service and team unity, we at Blitz Inc have two other industries at our fingertips.

Just imagine if a business owner wanted to be the best in his/her industry. Then, after gaining a majority of the market-share, jumped into an additional markets. Then after gaining the majority of that market, they jump into another! That's EXACTLY what we at Blitz Inc are doing!

Several successful billionaires have done this in the past, Sir Richard Branson immediately comes to my mind. He recently posted an article on LinkedIn giving advice on running a successful business. We here at Blitz Inc continually attempt to emulate other successful business philosophies, adding our own spin and values, and continue to see results.

The compilation of information and dialogue from Tom and I came from five different occasions throughout 2011.Tom Peck Blitz Inc CEO will manage and update this blog directly from here on out, but until then - this post will help get them on their way to keeping you informed of Blitz Inc's philosophy. The views of Tom Peck and Blitz Inc encourage entrepreneurship and succeeding in a capitalistic society. Instead of complaining who is getting ahead, Tom looks at how these people are doing it, and how he believes that you can 'get in the game' as well.

Tom Peck Blitz CEO on Capitalism

"Instead of wondering how some people get ahead while the rest of us are struggling to make ends meet, I think it's important to focus on what we want and not on what we wish was different about society or the economy," says Tom Peck Blitz Inc CEO. He goes on to state, "In every game there is a winner and a loser. The difference between people who have found the success they have wanted in their lives and those who have not, is the amount of commitment they have to 'winning.'"

Tom believes that any of us can achieve great things in our lives as long as we are willing to pay the price. He believes that the biggest problem with most people today, is that they don't THINK. "Many people just go wherever the wind takes them and wish that the wind was blowing them in a different direction. Too few people actually realize that they have to turn the sails of their own ships to reach their desired destination. Furthermore, too many people don't even know where they are going," says Tom.

In order to find success (whatever that means to YOU), Tom believes that you must first really decide where you want to go, what you want to be, what kind of a person you wish to become, what you want your life to be like, what quality of relationships you want to have and who you want to have them with, and what you ultimately want as the purpose of your life. After all, if you don't know where you're going, any road will get you there.

If we are speaking of success in monetary terms, we have to understand the rules of the game. The rules go as follows:
  • Have a valuable product or service.
  • Sell it to others.
  • Scale your operations.
  • Become profitable.
  • Spend less than you gross.
  • Abide by all federal and state laws.
That's pretty much it when it comes to capitalism. Anyone and everyone is free to sell their products or service to the open market. A select few are better at this than the majority.

Tom Peck Blitz CEO on Excuses

The following is an excerpt from an interview I had with Tom Peck Blitz Inc CEO on May 23rd of 2011.

"Although many of us do understand the rules of any game. Most of us will never attempt to even go to the try-outs. Look at some professional sports teams. They have try-outs and accept people without a formal history of competition within the sport to try out and see if they are good enough. Some are and some aren't. That's life...but at least they tried-out!

Capitalism and becoming successful in monetary terms is different. You don't have to be the fastest, strongest, or tallest person in the economy to gain wealth. You just have to be able to compete. It's all mental. The best competitors aren't lucky. They've worked extremely hard to get where they are. Their businesses are growing due to their work ethic, attitude, and road-map. It's impossible to find a successful person without all three of these things being a solid foundation. It's also impossible to find an unsuccessful person with these three concepts being concrete.

So if you haven't found success in your life, try turning the mirror inward. Swallow your pride and truly ask yourself why you haven't achieved what you have wanted in your life. What are the reasons? Then research successful people who have had the same 'reasons' for your shortcomings in life and ask yourself again. You will find that excuses are what blocks you from your destination." - Tom Peck Blitz Inc CEO
